The majority of the available songs with this skill can make you go criminal if used in certain fashions so make sure you consider your surroundings and the karma/kill counts of the person to which you are singing. There are several songs available with this skill, which require different amount of skill to sing and have different effects:

War Cry (0%) – This song gives no bonuses or effects. It simply causes fighting players in the vicinity to shout a battle cry.

Exhaustion (10%) – This song, as the name suggests, tires the targeted subject, draining its dexterity multiple times during the duration of the song.

Lulls of Meditation (20%) – This song focuses the targeted subject, increasing its intelligence and boosting mana multiple times during the duration of the song. They will fight for a certain amount of time and then disengage the fight.

Rhymes of the Mind (60%) – All players and NPCs involved in battle in an area around the musician become focused, increasing their intelligence and boosting mana multiple times during the duration of the song. Notice that this song chooses no targets, as it affects everyone who listens. The intelligence gain lasts for approximately 4 minutes. The effect can only be added once (not stack-able).

Drums of Battle (70%) – All players and NPCs involved in battle in an area around the musician gain strength and dexterity bonuses.
