On active use, it identifies weapons\/armor, listing their properties (including magical effects) and removing the \u201c(unidentified)\u201d flag. Notice that you only take advantage of magical effects from weapons, artifacts and other magical items if they are identified (this doesn\u2019t include non-magical effects, such as properties related to material or crafting quality).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On passive use, 30% item lore is enough to read numeric information on an item\u2019s properties (eg: \u201c30% Enhanced Damage\u201d as opposed to simply \u201cEnhanced Damage\u201d).
