Some house decorations can only be bought from a GM, through the help page system
Telepads cost 150k (As many as you want.)
Stairs cost 150k (As many as you want.)
Large forges cost 80k
Water troughs cost 80k
Rules are that you cannot have decoration with the intention to block other players and everything has to be approved by the GM.
