These scrolls increase your skill permanently.
The value and skill it increases is random. It can be any skill and from 0.1% to 1% increase.
It can’t be used before reaching 100% of a certain skill and can’t go over 120%
It is advised you use these scrolls only after getting 1000% total skill in your character!
The only place this scroll drops is in the last chest of the Shame Dungeon.
There is also another way to get these scrolls. But that is a secret!
