Keys are dropped by monsters or animals. Sometimes the keys drop near the chests, other times they don’t.
These chests can contain Unique Colors, Alchemy Colors, Dye Formulas (Formulas for colors not found in the guides), Rare Ingots, Rare Logs, Uniques, Money, Rare Steeds, Rare Feathers, Weapons, Armor, Scrolls, Merc Scrolls, Rare Potions, Golems, Dust, Gems, Users Armors, Hides, Regs and many other items.
The chests once unlocked can be used for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes it stops being able to be used. It then respawns to a new chest.
