JIMUO

Every Faction can be joined by talking to their leaders either in their Main Towns or in Moonglow. All leaders can be found in a Moonglow House.

You can only join one faction per character and you can never leave the faction you joined. It’s your faction for life.

Chaos

Chaos Introduction

Chaos, one of the two major political factions of the mortal races in JIMUO, its counterpart being the Order. Chaos members are being presented with a shadow coloured name and their main equipment color is shadow. Chaos has it’s hold on the Serpent’s Island, Serpent’s Hold, and members are protected within the fortress walls. Chaos represent the criminals and the murderers, and their beliefs are total anarchy.

Rules of Battle

The Chaos is currently in a war with the Order, and town guards will not interfere in combat between the two factions. You are not allowed to call Guards on a member of the opposite faction. You are allowed to kill and loot opposite faction members at all times. Other players may interfere with combat but may not call Guards during or shortly after combat.

How To Join

To join the Chaos faction, there are a few requirements. You need to have at total of at least 650.0 skill points and you need to have at least 75.0 Magery skill. When you meet the requirements you need to approach the recruitment officer, Fou-Lu, and say ‘Join’.

Order

Order Introduction

Order, one of the two major political factions of the mortal races in JIMUO, its counterpart being the Chaos. Order has it’s home on the Magincia island, New Magincia, and members are protected within the city walls. Order represent the honorable and the righteous, and their beliefs are in defending and protecting the citizens of Britannia against the upstanding chaos.

 The Brotherhood

Brotherhood Introduction

The Brotherhood is a PvP Faction, but unlike Order and Chaos, it’s not in war with any faction, the Brotherhood are bounty hunters. To progress in this faction you need points, which you gain from completing bounty’s and fulfilling death certificates.

Faction Profile

Once you are already part of the faction, you can say “rank” to Charles to access your faction profile. In this profile you can check your current rank, advance to the next rank and add/remove your faction title in your paperdoll and in your nick.

How To Join

In order to join the Brotherhood you need at least 500.0 total skill points, 20 PvP Kills (Killing red players count for this, you don’t need to become a PK to join the faction) and complete a challenge.

If you want to join and meet the above requirements you must visit Charles at Cove or Moonglow and say “join”.

To complete the challenge you must kill Arcadia, who can be found in Vesper. Bring her head back to Charles and say “challenge”. You will then be able to join the Brotherhood.

The Mercenaries

Mercenaries Introduction

The Mercenaries is a PvM faction. To progress in this faction you need points, which you gain from fulfilling contracts. Contracts drop from almost every monster and give different amount of points each.

There are five different kinds of contracts and double clicking a contract will credit the points to your character total rank status.

The Syndicate

Syndicate Introduction

The Syndicate is a trader faction and to progress within the faction you need points, which you gain from crafting trader deeds. You can request deeds to the Syndicate Carpenter and to the Syndicate Blacksmith. As the name suggests, one will provide you Carpentry Deeds and the other Blacksmith ones. To request a deed you must say “request”, “deed”, “blacksmith” or “carpentry” to the respective NPC’s.

You have 2 hours to craft all the 16 items asked in each deed.

After completing the request you must wait for the 2 hours time limit to be over.

After completing the entire request and the 2 hours have been passed, you’ll earn 50 Syndicate Points and a check with gold.

You can take requests (ask for a new deed) every 4 hours.

You can also get Syndicate Contracts from Mining and Lumber that gives you points.

In order to join the Syndicate you need to have 80% Mining and 80% Blacksmith OR 80% Lumber and 80% Carpentry. If you want to join and meet the above requirements you must visit Ilnore in Minoc or Moonglow and say “join”.
